Goodman

 

Coach Chris Goodman is entering his second season as a coach for the Combs Coyotes football team. This year Coach Goodman will be calling the offense for the junior varsity level after serving as the freshmen head coach in 2010. 

Born and raised in Lexington, South Carolina, Coach Goodman played football for Lexington High School under the Division I-AA National Championship Coach Jimmy Satterfield. Following graduation, he served honorably in the Marine Corps for four years before attending the University of South Carolina, graduating with a degree in Hospitality Management. Before joining the staff at Combs High School, Coach Goodman served as the Wide Receivers Coach at Cardinal Newman High School in Columbia, South Carolina.  He has also coached various football camps and recreational teams—namely, Steve Spurrier’s Football Camp at the University of South Carolina.
