About Mrs. Brown
Theate is one of my passions. I have a variety of experiences that are brought to the classroom. Right from graduate school,, at San Diego State University I was hired to be the company manager for a musical, magical revue that played at Caesar's Place, the Aladdin, and the Nugget just to name a few. I was the first female Property Master in Las Vegas. I recieved my teaching credential from Nevadal State University. I have taught Theatre for the past 14 years. During that time I recieved the International Thespian's Award for most innovative theatre program in the country. I love what I do.
I have been married for 30 years to a wonderful man who has been involved with theatre both professionally and on a community level. We have five children. Laren, Cara, Danielle, Trenten and Breyten who have worked professionally and somehow managed to squeeze in sports. We located to Arizona four years ago from Las Vegas because we wanted to raise our boys in a more wholesome environment. Family is a priority. We are very active in our church. We are on the fine arts board.
I am always accessable. As a parent I am understanding to the trials and accidents that happen in our families. There is no problem because I will work with your child. Theatre is more than a class; it is a family. Please feel free to contact me with any problems.
