The threefold purpose of English 10 is

• to teach students writing traits that will inform in a variety of categories such as persuasion, compare/contrast, observation, and research papers.
• to introduce students to valuable occupational skills such as Powerpoint presentations, public speaking, business letter writing, and visual media
• to continue to develop the student's vocabulary and grammar skills for speaking and writing functionality.
