Course Content

Geometry is a sophomore level course and is required for graduation. Topics studied in this course include:

• Logical reasoning and constructing proofs
• Study and classification of polygons
• Congruence & similarity
• Triangle relationships and the trigonometric ratios
• Coordinate Geometry
• Lines, angles & planes

Current Topic

Surface Area & Volume (chapter 11 in the text book). There is a test on 5/12 or 5/13. The practice problems with the answers can be found here
